With over 28 years of total experience, Rajarao Tadimety is a veteran in functional verification and validation of software and embedded systems domain. A passionate practitioner of agile and test driven practices, Raja, as he is fondly known among his colleagues, effectively manages testing programs and offshore test centers with strong test governance and a sharp focus on efficiency, productivity and quality (CTQ). Rajarao has a Masters degree in engineering (chemical and instrumentation), and is extensively trained in Six Sigma practices. He has co-authored several technical papers and whitepapers (in the domain of verification and validation) and currently occupies the position of Practice Head for L&T IES.
