In his present role, Mayank Panda is responsible for multi-centre delivery and operations. He has 23 years of diversified experience that spans across design, proto-build, benchmarking, testing and field problem-solving. He has over 16 years of experience in L&T and has worked in various verticals such as Off-road Vehicles (Construction Machinery, Agriculture equipment), Special Utility Vehicles & Automotive. His areas of expertise ranges across mechanical products & systems, new product development, delivery & operation, program management, and business management for manufacturing engineering, across industries. He has developed and grown key transportation accounts and has been awarded for a business acquisition. He has also initiated and established the manufacturing engineering practice as a horizontal in L&T Technology Services. He holds a BE Mechanical Engineering.
