Pankaj is a Mechanical Engineer and alumnus of Shivaji University. Pankaj has over 27+ years of experience in Engineering Design, Project Management, installation and commissioning & maintenance across all the stages of engineering project lifecycle. His expertise spans all domains of process industries including Specialty Chemical, Chemicals, O&G, CPG, F&B, Pharma and also over Discrete industry. Pankaj has played multiple key roles in driving engineering and technology innovation, launching new business initiatives, creating CoE’s. Pankaj has undertaken critical product supply projects with enhanced value to the customer. He has experience on projects which have enabled Smart Factory/Factory of the Future for various global customers by creating first level for their digital twin journey. Pankaj has been a key speaker at Modular Conference at Shanghai, China and has expertise in designing modular concepts for Chemical & CPG plant. At LTTS, Pankaj is the Delivery Unit Head for Key account and part of Plant Engineering Business Unit. He leads the Project & Engineering teams and taking a keen interest in efficient project execution and developing solutions which support clients in their digitalization journey.
