He has been associated with medical device manufacturing for more than 22 years, and has led and supported engagements in the US, Europe, Asia, Australia, the Caribbean, and Central America. A keen enthusiast of strategic planning and team development, he has played a vital role in driving organizational change and mentoring future leaders while leveraging cultural diversities. Rodney has a degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Puerto Rico, and an accounting degree from the Interamerican University of Puerto Rico.
