Recruitment Caution - Beware of Fake Interview or Job Offers
L&T Technology Services (LTTS) recruits candidates only based on merit, credibility and experience. We will never charge or accept any monetary payments from job seekers during the process.
In recent weeks, certain unscrupulous elements are sending out false emails purporting to be from LTTS. The emails ask the recipient to appear for a face-to-face interview for a job opening with LTTS and to deposit a certain amount as a refundable interview security in a designated bank account. The emails are falsely stated to be from officials of the HR Department at LTTS. LTTS is taking appropriate steps to tackle the issue.
As a vigilant jobseeker, please be advised to exercise caution when receiving communication related to job offers, interviews, or any other recruitment-related correspondence from LTTS.
Here are some precautions to take and signs to watch out for to identify potentially fraudulent activity:
- Verify the Source: Official communication from LTTS will always come from a legitimate LTTS email address or through our official communication channels. Be wary of emails or letters from non-official domains or suspicious sources. Our recruitment team will connect with you from email addresses with the domain @LTTS.com. There will be no communication from public domain IDs such as @gmail.com, @yahoo.com or @hotmail.com.
- Check for Authenticity: Authentic LTTS communications will typically include specific details related to the job role, interview process, and contact information for our HR department. If you receive a communication lacking these details or containing grammatical errors, it may be fraudulent.
- Personal Details: LTTS will not ask for any confidential or personal information such as bank account number, tax forms, or personal details as part of the recruitment process.
- Never Pay Fees: LTTS does not charge candidates any fees for recruitment, interviews, or any other aspect of the hiring process. If you are asked to pay any fees or provide personal financial information, it is most likely a scam. Please verify the credentials of the job interviewer through trusted sources.
- Report Suspicious Activity: If you suspect that you have received a fraudulent communication claiming to be from LTTS, please report it immediately to our HR department (LTTSoffer.verification@ltts.com) or through our official website.
LTTS is committed to ensuring a fair and transparent recruitment process for all candidates. We advise all candidates to remain vigilant and not respond to any fraudulent emails and not to make any payments. In case of any doubt please email us at LTTSoffer.verification@ltts.com. If you are a victim of fraudulent recruitment activity, please contact law enforcement agencies.
