Anu is currently Executive for Strategic Business Operations for MTN Group and acting head of Data Analytics. She was previously General Manager Passive Infrastructure during which time she led the setup of MTN GlobalConnect, MTN's wholesale business. An engineer by training and a former investment banker, she currently serves on the boards of MTN Guinea-Bissau and MTN South Sudan as a non-executive director. Anu is also non-executive director of the Development Bank of South Africa, where she chairs the Board Credit and Investment Committee, and of Exxaro Resources, where she chairs the Social and Ethics Committee.
