Design and development of an inflation device

We helped a market leader in vascular access to design and develop inflation device used for angioplasty.

• The new inflation device will be the first device in the market to produce a pressure of 40atm
• The device’s compact ergonomic design makes it suitable for both right-and-left-handed users
• The design allows users to easily see the fluid path, which makes it easier for the user to “de-bubble” and to accurately measure the pressure in the syringe
• We were able to design and develop the product under the competitive pricing target set by the client
